What’s the big deal business development, you have a product or service in mind and you make it so you can make money with it just that easy, isn’t it?
Well I’m sure that there are some people that have had a vision and turned it into gold with no problems and very few challenges. But I’m betting that these people didn’t look at the possibility of failure. These people more than likely didn’t realize that focus and self discipline were imperative to bringing a truly successful business strategy to life they just had it.
Great success in life is preceded by sustained periods of focused effort on a single goal for long periods of time with the total determination to stay with it until the task is complete. History has shown that every man or woman, who achieved anything lasting and worthwhile, has engaged in long hours for weeks, months and even years of concentrated, disciplined work, with focus in a positive, productive direction.
People that plan their work, and work their plan have self-discipline. Luckily this is something that you can learn by continuous practice. Self-discipline hugely increases your self-esteem. It gives you the great feeling of personal power and accomplishment, you start feeling like the winner that you really are.
Business development is not all about developing the business itself it’s about developing the discipline to overcome the challenges at hand. Building a successful business is primarily about building a successful you. When you have mastered this anything is possible.

Why is the number 86,400 so important? And why should you be aware of this number everyday work or play?
Today there are coaches for everything under the sun, allot of self proclaimed coaches for free. That’s all great if it makes you feel better about yourself, maybe it allows you to carry on with life and except that you may never achieve your dreams and that’s ok except what you have where you are, life is good the way it is.
These circumstances are true you do need to feel good about where you are and who you are. But there are some things that seem to get left out with allot of coaches, it’s not all about feeling good. It’s about taking massive focus and action. Not just on a personal level but on a professional level.
There really is no other group of people that have such a strong drive to see that people succeed. Personal and business coaching go hand in hand one complements the other, work hard and play hard, your dreams are a reality. As Napoleon Hill put it “as a man thinkith so he is” It is true that everything begins with thought. Most of us have dreams and wants in our lives. Bill Walsh has the Global Business Strategy for small business, existing business, internet business, or brick and mortar. It doesn’t matter transform your dreams into reality or make your existing business huge, Ultimate Success is the first step for you.
I am going to warn you I will repeat this over and over. Take the average value of the 5 closest people in your life, that average is your self worth. Ad a billionaire that is totally connected and can put you in front of many people that have millions and more, people that can write million dollar checks with out blinking an eye to fund your business and allow your dreams to become a reality. It’s all right here you just need to take the right steps to get there it’s allot easier with people that care and communicate.

New Years resolutions are so lame, most are made on a whim with no heart or commitment something to yak about then forget in a few days.
I don’t know how many years the statement was made by me that this is the year, this is the we are going to make it big a real rebirth is going to happen in this next year I can feel it. Then I would continue on with my world as if it had never changed. Guess what it never did change.
One of the biggest and best things that to do if this is the year is to reassess everything you do. With only 86,400 seconds in a day stream lining what you do and focus on is a must. Get rid of all that you do that is not productive, if you have some things you value and haven’t paid attention to them in a long time put them on the, I will do later maybe list. Don’t feel guilty for putting these things on the back burner it will just drain your energy is nonproductive. The word for the New Year is focus, figure out what you need to focus on and focus.
Another great thing to think about is personal growth and taking part of your time to educate yourself. Lay out some goals you want to accomplish for yourself. Lay out a plan to accomplish something or things that you want for you. Personal growth comes in many forms, it maybe learning new ways to market, how to use a new piece of software, or how to think like a winner and train your subconscious mind for all facets of your life. What ever it is make sure you take the time to do it.
